Caroline L. Huftalen is the former food editor at Third Coast Review where she wrote the column, Dear Cinnamon, as well as literature and theatre coverage. Her reviews and interviews can also be seen on Busking at the Seams and various print and online publications. She is an active board member for the Chicago Writers Association where she spearheads the Windy City Reviews program. A graduate of the University at Buffalo and the Savannah College of Art of Design. Huftalen lives in Chicago with her family and is currently writing a novel.
